About Life Transition Coaching
I believe people are capable of rebuilding meaningful lives after profound loss or change, because I’ve also been there. My experiences aren’t yours, but I can empathise with feelings that might range from incomprehension to hope, from humiliation to courage, from fear to joy, and more - sometimes in the space of an afternoon.
When life changes drastically, it’s easy to lose our bearings - but that doesn’t mean we’ve lost ourselves or all that we’re still capable of. That’s where dedicated life transition coaching can come in.
Online life transition coaching: finding your bearings and building what comes next
I provide online coaching across the UK, mainland Europe, and internationally - so you can work from the comfort of home or from a private meeting room at work or elsewhere. I work with people who’ve experienced a significant life change and are ready to start looking forward again. My coaching is specifically designed to help people who have moved past the initial shock and are ready to intentionally design their next chapter.
Perhaps you’ve been navigating a major life transition such as:
Divorce or relationship endings
Redundancy and career change
Bereavement and other profound losses
Retirement
… or another profound change that has left life feeling very different from what it was. You’re not looking to erase the past or pretend it didn’t happen, but instead build on the life experiences that serve you, and begin shaping what comes next.
Is coaching right for right now?
My role is to create the space for you to reconnect with what matters, regain confidence and move forward with intention.
I’m a certified coach, not a therapist, and if you’re feeling overwhelmed with grief or emotional distress, therapy or another service might serve you better right now. However, if you’ve reached a point where you’re ready to start looking forwards, but feel stuck or lost, coaching can help turn a fog of uncertainties into greater clarity, purposeful action and lasting momentum.
How ready do you feel to take steps forward?
My approach
My coaching combines evidence-informed practice with genuine curiosity and compassion.
I hold an MSc in Behaviour Change and a Diploma in Life Coaching from The Coaching Academy (accredited by The Association for Coaching and the ICF), bringing together the science of how people create lasting change with a coaching approach that is thoughtful, practical and centred on you.
Rather than offering generic advice, I work alongside you to help you gain clarity and make purposeful decisions. We will explore how meaningful change can take hold, allowing new ways of thinking to become new ways of living.
You’ll find a coaching space that’s calm, thoughtful, confidential, and held with kindness and openness - one where you can reflect honestly, think differently and take practical steps at a pace that feels right for you.
Ultimately my aim is simple: to help you reach a place where you no longer feel the need for coaching. Some clients might choose to return further down the line to work through a brand new goal or transition, or simply for a periodic check-in and a bit of continued accountability, but that will always be your call to make - not mine to encourage.
I hope you leave coaching with greater self-belief, a renewed sense of direction, and the confidence to keep stepping into a future that feels meaningful, intentional and designed by you, for you.
